We made a promise to be friends forever
And to this day we are still together
Ever since the third grade spelling bee
You have gone everywhere and done everything always with me
We have been through a lot these past 8 years
Lots of laughs, smiles, and a few tears
These nest few years are going to be tough
Just remember you always have me when things get rough
Things might be moving on very fast
